Christian Taylor

Christian Taylor was born and raised in the Northern California in the region of Sacramento. He was introduced to theatre and fell in love after being roped into the roll of Sam in the theatre production of “The Legend of Sleepy Hollow” in his Sophomore year at Center High School, by Mrs. Siviglia the drama teacher.

His role in “The Legend of Sleepy Hollow” in 2008 afforded him the live audience experience that resonated so, that it made him decide that acting was something he wanted to pursue.

Being comfortable on stage going on for eleven years now Christian’s theatrical performances range from portraying The Steward in “Into the Woods” by James Lapine, to Mr. Tumnus in the highly acclaimed novel turned play turned film release "The Lion, The Witch, and the Wardrobe” by C.S. Lewis.

Christian enjoys the immediate satisfaction of live theatre and knows to throw himself into every role with professional tenacity and creativity. As an actor he believes that every character has his own life, breath, and depth and he approaches each one respectively. As the saying goes, “There are no small roles.” From comedy to drama to satire to musical theatre- Christian breathes life into every role he undertakes with undying abandon, as well as the understanding that each character he is asked to portray brings with it a separate life; a separate truth.

Christian has most recently studied theatre at CSU Long Beach and has received his BA in Theatre Arts in 2021. Although the majority of his performances have been in live theatre, he has been on Discovery Channel on the show Expedition Unknown with Josh Gates, student films, and music videos. Christian cannot wait to further his acting career with more work in TV and Film.

Christian is also a talented musician. He has been playing the drums since he was a freshman over ten years ago. He has a YouTube channel dedicated to his drumming where he not only demonstrates his abilities by playing well-known cover songs but also teaches the art of the sticks. When he is not acting or studying acting or drumming, he can be found video gaming, stilt walking, or practicing tap dance.

Christian’s drive and determination will lead him far. His professionalism and acumen will surely surprise whomever he signs with commercially and/or theatrically. You can’t stop what has momentum and Christian has all the momentum he needs. For more information on Christian Taylor please contact christian.taylor01@icloud.com
